Before founding The Ad Agency in 1996, Brad attained a Journalism / Advertising degree from USC. After graduation he worked for multiple media companies as a marketing and advertising sales representative. Today, he works directly with agency clients and oversees the daily operations of the company.

For over 26 years Stephen has served as the Vice President and Media Director for the Ad Agency Inc. Stephen continues to work with some of the agency’s very first clients and has been a part of helping those companies grow and expand exponentially.

​With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Carolina combined with over 30 years of broadcast and agency experience, Stephen knows the ins and outs of marketing.

For Greg White, being the Vice President/Business Development Manager for the Ad Agency is a role he was born to fill. Greg is aggressive in identifying winning strategies and works with clients to create customized campaigns.

Greg received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Limestone College and also attended the Portfolio Center in Atlanta where he studied copywriting.

With over 30 years in marketing and advertising sales, Michelle has spearheaded the Charleston office since 2013.

She served as Director of Sales for several years at a major media and entertainment entity. That leadership position enables her to see “the whole picture” with a more in-depth appreciation and connectivity with business owners. The result is marketing and advertising strategies that maximize client budgets and return on investment.

Drew started his marketing career as local on-air talent in Tennessee where he received a B.S. in Marketing from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Since then, for over a decade, he has helped clients and companies create exceptional responsive campaigns and award winning audio, video, animation, and 3D design that drives results.

A graduate of USC with a degree in advertising, Nicole has worked hand-in-hand with clients for more than 10 years––pairing business consultation with performance-based advertising strategies that help her clients hit their goals.

With over 30 years of marketing experience, Bryan leads the advancement of our digital marketing capabilities. Bryan has worked with thousands of clients and developed top-class digital teams & marketing strategies over his career.

Todd has worked in the creative industry for almost 30 years. Skilled in graphic design, project management, and collaboration, he ensures that production is completed in a timely and creative manner. He has a background in ALL THINGS graphic design, all forms of print, textile, large media, web design, publications, video editing and branding.

After graduating from USC with a degree in Media Arts, Nicole continued to gain experience in Digital Media including social media management, video content creation and digital ad strategy and implementation. The culmination of these skills makes Nicole effective and efficient at helping clients reach their business goals.
